I just wanted to say a huge 'thankyou' for all that you have done over the last week. Dad and I had a very successful trip on Thursday and I cannot believe that I finally have my very own rocking horse! I have had a passion for these beautiful creations since being tiny and I used to write to Santa every year in the hope that he might make my dreams come true - now, after 32 years you've managed to do just that and it would never have been possible without your generosity.
 

During 6 months in hospital last year tackling a serious illness I learnt the truth of the fact that it is people who are important in life, not things. Your company exemplifies that in your attention to detail and in your incredible customer service. It means a lot to have such personal contact and I want you to know how much it is appreciated.

I think you must have one of the best jobs in the world, bringing so much joy and pleasure to people and doing it through the beauty and grace of these wonderful creatures - may it long continue.
